Co-Founder & CEO

Matthew Wolstenholme

Matthew works with the KB Board and Management Team to ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction for the company, with a focus on assuring the educational performance of the company and the achievement of our business plan goals. Before founding KB, he spent 10 years in management consultancy with an emphasis on organisation strategy and digital transformation, gaining experience in a wide range of industry sectors. With an early background in advanced management and technology research and teaching, Matthew is an advocate for the power of education in advancing personal growth and organisational innovation.

Co-Founder & CFO

Justin Gowen

Justin leads on financial market engagement for the Board, and oversees financial performance – making sure the company’s money is well spent. Before founding KB, Justin spent 15 years in the City at CSFB/Credit Suisse, HSBC and others including establishing several new ventures in the broking space. He also supports the development of the finance modules of our curricula and has a close interest in R&D.

James Askew

James Board role is to focus on the future of digital and EdTech in particular, ensuring the company remains a pioneer of leadership and management education technology. James’ expertise is in designing innovative solutions for today’s digital requirements - putting cutting edge technology at the heart of our business. He has over 15 years' experience in digital team and tool building with a focus on connecting digital capabilities to client success and business growth.

Jeanne Meinholt

Jeanne is a Chartered Manager - the highest status that can be achieved in the management profession - and holds an MA and BA in the rigorously selective political science discipline from Copenhagen University, the premier university in Scandinavia and a member of both the International Alliance of Research Universities (IARU), and League of European Research Universities (LERU).

Non Executive Director

Richard Moore

Richard runs a further education and skills consultancy, specialising in supporting post-16 providers such as colleges and work-based learning companies to improve the quality of their provision for their learners and students. Prior to that he worked as Her Majesty's Inspector (HMI) with Ofsted for 12 years with particular expertise in inspecting and supporting colleges to improve.
