New Position Available: Business Development Manager

KnowledgeBrief, the pioneer in management and leadership innovation, is expanding its business development team to service its UK and international growth. New business development professionals are required to service demand in the UK private and public sector customer base.

The role

You’ll be a B2B business development professional with several years’ experience of presenting high quality service propositions at the functional head, Director and C-suite levels.

You will be working on the firm’s most established and successful service line offering professional development programmes focused on innovation in management.

You will spend most of your time presenting our services to carefully selected senior professionals and will also be involved in lead generation, marketing strategies and other aspects of continuous business development.

You will be expected to be entrepreneurial and manage your own time and activities in a dynamic environment.  Career progression is available and expected as the firm is poised to expand rapidly domestically and internationally in 2016 and beyond.

Role requirements:

  • A proven track record of commercial success working closely with senior people
  • Comfortable presenting high value propositions to senior executives
  • You’ll be dealing with intelligent, successful customers so you’ll need to be smart too
  • Knowledge of the executive education, leadership development and training markets would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of business management theory and practice, obtained via a degree or other study route, will be useful.
